Redwood Family Care Network is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Tustin area. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities, providing daily living assistance, personal care, meal prep, and social engagement in a home and community-based setting.

The position is part-time with a $18.00–$20.00 hourly rate, walk-in Tuesdays/Thursdays, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a mission-driven team committed to safety and client well-being.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
• Crisis management experience.
• Experience in behavior management and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Outline and prepare daily routines for clients (visual and active) as written in IPP.
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Transport clients in a personal vehicle and mileage reimbursement.
• Report incidents and communicate with administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
