Job summary

Arkansas Support Network (ASN) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands-on support to an adult in their home and community in Fort Smith, AR. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care, including mobility assistance.

DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice and participate in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year relevant experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass background checks and required clearances.
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in home and community.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities as needed.
• Support participation in meaningful activities and community engagement.
