Job summary

Arkansas Support Network (ASN) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care while enabling access to community resources, work, school, and meaningful activities.

You will support a male consumer, respecting personal choices and family preferences, in a gentle and orderly environment that values routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience).
• 18 years or older.
• Pass background checks and required clearances.
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to an adult in home and community.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.
• Help the individual access community resources, attend activities, and build routines.
