Job summary

• Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Monitors productivity and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Trains, equips, and supports associates to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and drives process improvements for efficiency and inventory control.
