Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide daily care for clients in an Intensive Residential Support Home. You will support with daily living activities, implement personal goals, and assist with transportation and community involvement.

The role includes medication administration as needed and requires CPI/Mandt training. The position is the 2nd Shift Weekend Package (Sunday through Thursday, 4pm–12am) and offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental illness or multi-occurring conditions preferred.
• Medication manager experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Treat all clients with dignity, respect and value.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of clients on shift.
• Complete required trainings and documentation during shift.
• Provide support to clients for daily living activities and personal goals.
• Administer medications per MAR when certified and document appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and privacy.
