Job summary

Dungarvin inc in Franklin, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday). The role requires attendance at mandatory two-week training (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm EST).

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver7s license due to transporting persons served.
• Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Professional, patient and compassionate.
• 18 years or older.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
