Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support community integration and participation in recreational activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
- Document services and client progress accurately.
- Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support plans as needed.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with clients and families.
