This weekend-shift role provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live as independently as possible while preserving dignity.

Wage is $15.75 per hour with paid training, PTO, health and dental insurance for full-time staff, 401(k) with employer match after one year, and various benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license required due to transporting persons served.
• Background clearance required as part of onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, dressing, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
