Job summary

Seasonsafc is seeking part-time Weekend Day DSPs to support adults with disabilities in a home setting in Minnesota. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, and community activities, working daytime shifts on weekends.

The role emphasizes dependability, patience, and teamwork as you follow care plans, document notes, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position.
• Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation.
• This position is specifically for weekend daytime availability.
• Part-Time
• Day shifts: 7AM–7PM or 9AM–9PM
• Minimum availability of two 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period required.
• Holiday availability may be required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

About the Role

Looking for a meaningful part-time job that fits around your week? Our Weekend Day DSPs work daytime hours supporting adults with disabilities, chronic mental illness, and/or brain injuries in a home setting.

You’ll help create a safe, comfortable home while supporting people with their daily routines, activities, and personal goals. This is a hands-on role where being dependable, patient, and willing to jump in makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do

Provide support with personal care and daily routines

Assist with medications as trained and directed
