No experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided. The role emphasizes daily living support, community activities, and health monitoring in a structured, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history and clean record.
• PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide coaching and guidance per individualized care plans.
• Serve as a positive role model and trusted companion.
• Support skill development in daily living activities.
• Monitor and document health, safety, and medication administration.
