Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Dining Assistant to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, and assist the cook as needed to support a high-quality dining experience for residents.

You will contribute to a clean, welcoming dining room, maintain records of meals, allergies, and dietary needs, and collaborate with the Dining Director and chefs. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday; benefits include several retirement and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Meet all state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following facility procedures.
• Set up serving carts for each meal and help serve meals to residents.
• Bus tables, assist cooks in cleaning dining areas and equipment.
• Sweep and clean the dining room; maintain safe and sanitary operation.
