Job summary

Lino Lakes Assisted Living is seeking friendly Servers to support meal service in our senior living Community. You will assist with meal prep and serving, greet residents with warmth, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment that respects dignity and privacy.

We value teamwork, compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude in every shift. No prior restaurant experience is required; we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is welcome but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks.
• Set up dining areas, ensure meals are served on time and with good presentation.
• Provide meal assistance to residents with kindness and respect.
• Maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cooks, dietary staff, and care teams to support resident satisfaction.
• Greet residents warmly and contribute to a positive dining experience.
