Job summary

Dimensions Living Appleton is seeking a friendly Server to support meal service in our senior living community. You will help prepare and serve meals, set up dining areas, and provide kind, patient assistance to residents during each meal.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a service mindset. The role offers part-time hours 4:00–6:00 PM with every other weekend and holiday rotation, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare preferred but training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry during a full shift.
• Excellent communication and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks per care plans.
• Set up dining areas and ensure meals are served on time with proper presentation.
• Provide meal assistance to residents with kindness and respect.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining spaces following safety protocols.
• Work with cooks and care teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
