Job summary

Quail Park Lynnwood is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to join our Signature Dining Team. This part-time role supports the dining experience for our senior residents; weekends are required.

You will attend pre-meal meetings, assist seating, greet residents, take and deliver orders, keep meal records, help with cleaning, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials are preferred, and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills preferred.
• Must meet health-related and/or food-handling requirements per local/state rules.
• Current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-meal meetings to review daily menu.
• Assist in seating residents in assigned sections.
• Greet residents upon seating and welcome new residents.
• Take orders and deliver meals.
• Note and report to Supervisor residents from assigned sections who miss a meal if POS isn’t used.
• Maintain accurate meal records for residents and guests.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and carpeting are cleaned after each meal and prepared for the next meal.
• Assist with cleaning duties as required.
