Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a PRN Dietitian to support weekend coverage at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center–Centennial in Frisco, TX. Choose weekend shifts that fit your availability.

Schedule: 2 Weekend Shifts per Month (Primarily Saturdays). Responsibilities include assessing patients' nutritional status, developing individualized plans, counseling patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adjusting plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible.
• At least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience preferred.
• Texas licensure as Dietitian or eligible to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
