Chestnut Labs is seeking a safety-focused Standing Forklift Operator with deep reach experience to join our warehouse team. You will safely move, stack, and count merchandise while operating a standing reach forklift in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 1–2+ years of forklift experience, the ability to work in a refrigerated area, and a union-friendly environment with weekend flexibility.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of standing reach forklift experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate in narrow aisles and at heights with care.

Mansioni

• Operate a standing reach forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, pick, and stage products accurately and efficiently.
• Safely place and retrieve pallets from high rack shelving.
• Perform routine equipment inspections before and after use.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including packing and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work in a refrigerated storage area when required.
