Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Active Georgia CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.
• Availability for rotating weekend day shifts.
• Comfortable providing full personal care.
• Ready to start shifts within 72 hours of client availability.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Willing to work one-on-one in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Be a trusted, consistent presence in the client’s home.
• Support client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with local errands or transportation when included in the care plan.
• Document care updates and follow personalized care plans.
