Job summary

HomeWell Care Services GA325 is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical care and companionship for seniors in Atlanta. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to help them age safely and comfortably, with a focus on dignity and respect.

The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, along with benefits like a 401(k). Prior caregiving experience or certifications are preferred, and driving may be required for client transport.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred; or at least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office.
