You will assist in scheduling and dispatching service and maintenance calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Position Details

This is a weekend part-time position, which could be every other weekend or every weekend. Once trained, remote work may be possible.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.
• Follow scripting to ensure efficiency and success.
• Be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Set up customers and schedule service calls.
• Assist with inbound sales calls as needed.
• Support outbound calls and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of HVAC/Plumbing customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC customer service helpful but not necessary.
• Understanding of the Twin Cities marketplace beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
• Multitasking skills under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus weekly spiffs.
