Position Start Date: ASAP
Days/Hours: Year Round; 8.0 hrs/day; Wednesday - Friday = 2:45pm - 11:15pm & Saturday - Sunday = 2:00pm- 10:30pm
Salary: $24.06/hr+ $0.40/hr shift differential

$500 Hiring Bonus: $250 after probationary period (120 days); $250 after one year
$250 Referral Bonus

Responsible To: Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, Custodial Supervisor/Head Engineer/Night Lead/Building Principal
Position Purpose: Maintain building in a state of cleanliness and order

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. In addition, the pay includes an additional compensationfor each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus enrollment in Minnesota's largest retirementpension! This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
