CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaner in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires basic cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and maintaining assigned areas in a clean condition.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am–7:00pm. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related cleaning experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently is important.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related cleaning experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily cleaning support for high-traffic areas as directed by supervisor.
• Stock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors in storage areas, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
