Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a part-time CT and general radiology technologist to cover weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 11a–11p). You will perform imaging with limited supervision while ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and accurate patient documentation.

The role involves coordinating equipment service, maintaining imaging supply inventories, and supporting the medical record process. Required credentials include KY medical imaging licensure, ARRT or NMTCB CT certification,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher from an ARRT-recognized program or military JCERT-equivalent training.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT or NMTCB CT certification required.
• CT registry required; registry-eligible candidates must obtain CT certification within one year of employment.
• When in-house training occurs, employee has 16 weeks of training before the one-year period begins.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and general radiographic imaging with limited supervision, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and accurate patient documentation.
• Obtain relevant patient histories and prepare information to support medical records completion.
• Coordinate equipment service and preventive maintenance; maintain imaging supplies inventory.

Education

Associates degree or higher (ARRT recognized program)

BLS certified

Two years radiology experience (preferred)

CT technologist experience (preferred)
