Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for a full-time weekend shift. The role offers Fridays at Inova Imaging Beauregard, 6:30am–7:00pm, and Saturdays/Sundays at Inova Healthplex, 7:00am–7:30pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiography and ARRT certification.
• Licensed radiologic technologist where required, with CT certification.
• Experience as Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of IVs, heparin locks, and central line usage for CT.
• Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.
• Accurately identifies patients and files; maintains correct labeling in EMR/PACS.
• Tracks patients per department procedures; identifies and corrects errors.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and in-services.
