Job summary

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a Florida-licensed CT Technologist to provide comprehensive CT imaging services on a full-time basis. Weekend availability is required, and the candidate should be proficient across brain, spine, facial, thoracic, and body CT protocols while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes accurate imaging, contrast administration support, and collaboration with radiologists and the care team.

Qualifications

• CT Technologist skills including brain, spine, facial regions and body CT protocols.
• Must hold Florida licensure and ARRT CT certification; BLS required.
• Ability to assist with contrast administration and patient positioning.

Responsibilities

• Select proper technical factors and perform diagnostic CT examinations accurately and compassionately.
• Operate CT scanner, contrast injector, resuscitation equipment, and teleradiology system.
• Assist in contrast administration and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Position patients to ensure modesty and safety, document clinical information, and obtain informed consent.
• Submit high-quality CT images for interpretation and maintain equipment and room cleanliness.
• Keep up with software protocols via in-service studies and training.
• Maintain communication with patient, radiologist and caregiving team.
• Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed.
