Job summary

Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist / CT Technologist for weekend-only, full-time coverage. You will perform radiographs, CT scans, and mammography as needed, with independence and collaboration within the healthcare team. Training is provided for new grads pursuing CT and/or mammography.

Compensation includes an hourly range and potential shift/holliday differentials. Scheduling can be 2, 3, or 4 days per week with standby requirements and callbacks.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT registration.
• Current California Radiologic Technology (CRT) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Good working knowledge of radiography.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as specified in the position listing.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations.
• Perform CT scans and/or mammography as needed.
• Produce quality images while following established imaging protocols.
• Work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in standby and after-hours, weekend, and holiday callback coverage.
• Assist with protocoling, scheduling, and answering phones.
• Serve as a resource for insurance-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department.
