Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Licensed by the state of Iowa as a General Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform both general x-ray and CT.
• Produce accurate, well-defined images.
• Ensure all required consent forms are signed prior to examinations.
• Practice radiation safety for self and patient safety.
• Process images and prepare them for reading by the radiologist.
