Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn customer service, inventory, and order management systems.
Ability to read, understand, and process shipping documents, invoices, and customer orders.
Experience with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and invoicing processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, invoices, and service questions.
Process customer orders accurately and enter information into company systems.
Monitor inventory availability and generate stock reports to support order fulfillment.
Coordinate standard and expedited shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and order discrepancies in a timely manner.
Verify invoice accuracy and assist with account-related inquiries.
Provide shipment status updates, tracking information, and order documentation to customers.
