Sanford Health's Ava's House seeks an experienced RN to serve as a crisis nurse in the hospice department. You will use the nursing process to provide individualized care, supporting symptom management and comfort with flexible shifts Fri–Mon.

The role emphasizes teamwork and independence, requiring attention to detail and adaptability to patient and team needs. RN license is required; BSN preferred; sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in-state or multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care.
• Work with hospice team and independently as needed.
• Serve as weekend crisis nurse with flexible shifts.
