Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Clinician for weekend and overnight shifts at the Rolla BHCC. You will lead initial assessments, guide care flow, and supervise non-clinical staff during 24 weekly hours of weekend coverage.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a human services field; a master’s in counseling, social work, or psychology is preferred. Licensure options include several professional tracks. A strong emphasis on collaboration and person-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Crisis Services if a bachelor’s degree is the highest education attained.
• Licensure: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT or QAP/CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP depending on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessor for individuals presenting at the BHCC.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, intake documentation, and discharge planning.
• Oversee and support non-clinical staff during assigned shifts.
• Direct flow and referral processes to ensure timely, appropriate care.
• Collaborate with internal teams, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Provide culturally responsive care that honors individual needs.
• Offer virtual support to other BHCC or Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care sites as needed.
