Job summary

Centerstone in Sedalia, MO is hiring a part-time Behavioral Health Technician I for Saturdays (day and overnight). You will provide direct care, monitor clients, respond to crises, and support the treatment team in daily activities and safety.

You will document client progress, assist with admissions and transfers, and help with group activities while adhering to medication policies and confidentiality rules.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent; two years of responsible employment preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or MAADC I/II may be required for certain programs.
• Experience in human services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and monitor vital signs; respond to crises as needed.
• Document client behavior and progress within treatment plans.
• Assist admissions, supervision, transport, and daily activities; follow safety rules.
• Administer and document medications per policy and coordinate with nursing staff.
