Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Hanover, PA is seeking a Corn Chip Utility Associate for the Weekend Day Shift (Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM–5:30 PM). You will support corn chip production, assist with mixing and moving ingredients, and help maintain a safe, clean production floor.

You will perform quality checks, keep production records, and operate equipment such as tow motors and hand jacks. Join a collaborative team focused on GMPs, safety, and delivering high-quality snacks to consumers.

Qualifications

• Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–5:30 PM.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic computer skills for production records (manual & electronic).
• Ability to operate or learn tow motor and battery-operated hand jack.
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes and provide backup support.

Responsabilités

• Operate corn mixing station and move flour in the production area.
• Safely operate a tow motor and battery-operated hand jack.
• Train to provide backup support for sheeter and fryer operators.
• Perform quality checks on baked chips to ensure standards.
• Maintain accurate records, manually and electronically.
• Use Redzone Software to record production and food safety requirements.
• Participate in sanitation activities and GMPs.
• Routinely bend, lift, and carry 50–80 lbs.
• Work with a cross-functional team and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
