Job summary

Eaton is seeking a LVA Copper Installer for a weekend shift at the Arden, NC facility. The role involves assembling copper components, wiring, and final assembly of ATS equipment, with a focus on safety and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and copper experience. Travel is not required, and relocation is not offered. Work hours are 7:00am to 7:30pm with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc. will be provided by Eaton.
• Relocation is not offered; candidates must live within 50 miles of Arden, NC.
• Previous experience in copper is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and copper operations to produce sub-assemblies and final assembly of ATS equipment.
• Check electrical/mechanical performance of completed assemblies.
• Install and wire devices per bill of materials and diagrams.
• Ensure copper connections are braced to spec and meet clearance requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and others.
• Work overtime as needed (weekdays and weekends).
