Job summary

My MediRides is seeking reliable Stretcher Transport Drivers to safely transport patients to medical appointments, dialysis, and therapy sessions. The role involves transporting patients with care and professionalism using GPS/technology, and requires a valid license and driving experience. Paid in-field training is provided, along with a vehicle and fuel card, and a supportive team environment.

Location coverage includes New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verified driving experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 2+ years stretcher transport experience preferred.
• EMT‑B or Paramedic certification preferred.
• Live within 30 minutes of job location.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use GPS/tech.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments.
• Provide professional, courteous service at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Report any moving violations to supervisor immediately.

Pay

$18/hr + Per-Trip Incentive.
