Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to lead residential build projects and coordinate daily site activities with staff, volunteers, subcontractors, and sponsors.

You will ensure compliance with build plans, safety rules, and schedules, manage on-site logistics, mentor volunteers, and communicate progress to leadership while upholding Habitat policies and community values.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and hold a valid Texas driver’s license.
