Qualifications

• 3+ years of security, concierge, or hospitality experience in a corporate or high-security environment.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must successfully complete a CritiCall computer-based assessment during the hiring process.
• Experience with CCTV/VMS, access control platforms, radios, or other security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security of all assigned areas within the San Francisco corporate headquarters, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Manage building access and support flow of employees, contractors, and visitors while enforcing security protocols.
• Inspect, monitor, and maintain security compliance across entry points and perimeter locations.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure perimeter integrity and identify hazards.
• Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV/VMS, access control, radios, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate with GSOC and external emergency services during incidents.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents as first on-scene responder.
