Inter-Con Security Officers are being sought in San Francisco to provide comprehensive security services at client sites. Responsibilities include incident response, first aid, and coordinating safety at events.

The role covers CCTV and alarm monitoring, badge management, and perimeter security, with a focus on professional conduct and client protection. Candidates should hold a current guard card, pass drug and background checks, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Current guard card license required by State or local law.
• Pass a 7-panel drug test prior to placement.
• Criminal history check based on fingerprints per law.
• Employment verification back to age 18.
• Motor vehicle record checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security officer services including incident response, basic first aid, CPR and AED.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage safety and security at client event venues; crowd management and access control.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms to ensure secure access points and respond to security incidents.
• Perform badging, escort, perimeter patrol, and other security tasks as per site procedures.
• Log visitors and ensure proper badge use and escorting by client personnel.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree desirable

Speak, read, and write English
