Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors at our San Mateo community. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages, and manage front desk tasks.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area, and handle mail and rosters.
