Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel.
• Technical ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair systems.
• A+ certification may be preferred.
• Familiarity with material handling and RF equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Tear down and repair hardware and software across tablets, notebooks, desktops and servers.
• Diagnose issues, determine cost-effective repair paths, and route units as needed.
• Run production in Burn area and support workflow across shifts.
• Load/unload, move, and store merchandise with safe equipment use.
• Train teammates and ensure SOPs and JSAs are followed.
• Ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and proper labeling.
