Thresholds is seeking a part-time Community Support Specialist to deliver mental health and substance use services in clients’ communities. You’ll participate in care planning, remove barriers to care, and support growth and recovery on a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of supervised clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Bachelor’s in an unrelated field plus 2 years of supervised clinical experience.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and substance use treatment support in clients' environments.
• Assist with care planning and connecting clients to resources.
• Drive clients to appointments, offices, and daily activities as needed.
