Job summary

Compass Group USA at Reed College in Portland, OR is hiring for a part-time Cold Food (Salad) position. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with online applications accepted.

• Previous cooking and food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine and knives.
• Prepares sandwiches, salads and other cold items to standard portions and temperatures.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces and equipment to HACCP standards.
• Keeps a clean, safe work environment and complies with sanitation requirements.
