Job summary

Express Employment of Saint Croix Falls seeks a coating operator to operate a parylene deposition system and coat customer parts to spec. You will work the weekend shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Friday through Sunday, in Clear Lake, WI.

Responsibilities include operating vacuum ovens, plasma etcher, and tumble coater, performing light maintenance, and maintaining logs and records per instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to read measurements on coating tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Express Employment of Saint Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Clear Lake who is looking for a Coating Operator!

Weekend- 6:00am to 6:00pm Friday-Sunday, $21 per hour

Job Summary:

As a coating operator you will be operating a parylene deposition system to coat customer supplied parts to meet customer and engineering specifications.

Job Duties:

• Operate equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etcher, tumble coater and other machines.
• Perform light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment.
• Follow process instructions and verbal instructions.
• Maintain records, checklists, and log books on equipment.
• Assemble fixtures and assemblies for coating.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to properly use and read measurements on tools involved in the coating process.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand eye coordination required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• This job is located within the United States
• Must be able to commute to Clear lake, WI (not a remote role)
• Relocation not available
