Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and operate multiple machines and maintain tight tolerances.

You will ensure quality, complete documentation, perform basic maintenance, and adhere to 5S and safety requirements. Weekend shift is Friday to Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 17% differential. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC shop equipment with minimal assistance.
• Meets cycle time and yield expectations.
• Can operate more than one machine simultaneously.
• Selects and changes tooling to maintain tolerances.
• Presets tooling for setups and tool breakages.
• Maintains tooling following established tool life guidelines.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Completes all applicable documentation for current operations.
• Follows quality procedures to ensure traceability and segregation of materials.
• Practices 5S on a daily basis.
• Performs preventative machine maintenance as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Weekend shift 5:00am - 5:30pm Friday through Sunday.
• Salary range for this position is $23.40 - $34.32 per hour plus a 17% shift differential.
