Job summary

CTE Solutions is seeking candidates for the Weekend Warrior shift to support extended weekend operations. The role involves CNC tooling setup, machine operation, and quality checks in a medical device environment.

Expect a Friday–Sunday schedule with 12-hour shifts, a 15% shift premium, and overtime eligibility beyond 36 hours. Comprehensive benefits and a sign-on incentive are included, with emphasis on safety and quality adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for CNC machines.
• Perform machine setup, including zeroing axes, loading programs, and verifying parameters.
• Monitor machine operations during production runs and adjust for quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, including tooling wear, offsets, and surface finish concerns.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with Inspection, Leads and Off-shift Personnel.
