Provide compassionate hands-on care, assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining).
Take and record vital signs, observing resident changes and reporting observations directly to the nurse on duty.

Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure a clean, safe, and dignified care environment.
Licensure: Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
