Qualifications

• Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Genuine empathy, patience, and a drive to enrich the lives of senior adults.
• Strong weekend reliability and attendance.
• Prior experience in long-term care or senior living preferred (new grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Take and document vital signs; report changes to the nurse on duty.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to maintain a clean, safe, dignified environment.
