Job summary

Eldercrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Munhall, PA is actively seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Provide individualized support for residents, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and dignity in care; communicate with residents, families, and staff.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, a $2.50 shift differential for 3p-11p and 11p-7a on weekends, referral bonuses, daily Tap Check pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified as CNA through the state with active license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
• Support residents with toileting, transfer, and mobility exercises.
• Ensure dignity and respect of all residents during care tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
