Job summary

Mahoning Valley Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking CNAs for all shifts, including premium rate weekend programs. Under supervision of a licensed RN or LPN, CNAs provide routine nursing services and assist residents with daily activities.

Qualifications include current Pennsylvania CNA certification and ability to read, write and understand English; long-term care experience is preferred. You will follow the plan of care, maintain infection control, document care and support

Qualifications

• Currently certified in Pennsylvania as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the plan of care and attends IDCP meeting as assigned.
• Provides personal care to residents and assures proper dress.
• Follows infection control and HIPAA procedures.
• Provides support with meals, hydration, and daily activities.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and equipment.
• Communicates changes to the nurse and documents appropriately.
