Caring Companions, LLC is seeking Weekend Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or HHAs to provide compassionate home care in Windsor, CT. Join a supportive team dedicated to improving clients' quality of life through personal care and meaningful companionship.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in CT, if applicable.
• Experience in home care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
• Weekend availability and flexible hours.
• Background check and references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes in client condition.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental well-being.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office personnel.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Weekend Hours:

1st and 2nd shift.

$18-$20/hour based off experience.

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
