Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Weekend Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on all weekend shifts. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and documentation as part of a supportive team.

Qualified applicants hold an active Missouri CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility
• Provide personalized, hands‑on care in accordance with care plans
• Promote resident interaction and emotional well‑being
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized living environments
• Deliver meal trays and monitor food and fluid intake
• Support the clinical team in day‑to‑day care and documentation
