Qualifications

• Valid Missouri CNA certification required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Foster a safe and socially engaging environment for residents.
• Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Education
